For UMT Press to consider taking back your package, please ensure the following:
- If your package is opened or damaged, do not accept it during delivery.
- Clients are not permitted to open the package or take ownership of it before making payment – either to the delivery person or through bank transfer.
- In the event of the goods being damaged in anyway, contact UMT Press at our given phone number from 9am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday.
- Kindly note that following 24 hours of delivery, no exchange will be initiated.
Exchange Policy:
Kindly note that UMT Press has no return or exchange policy. However, under undeniable circumstances, UMT Press might initiate discounts or exchanges provided that the customer tracks down any deformity or proves that some unacceptable item has been delivered. The customer can contact our helpline and send pictures of the product(s) to us within 24 hours of delivery. If the submitted case is viewed as genuine, it will take some time, contingent to that particular case. Moreover, if the issue is not deemed considerable enough by UMT Press, we will not carry out any monetary refunds.
Refund/Exchange will be dependent upon:
(1) The goods being properly repackaged with the initial receipt.
(2) The item should be unused with the sticker price attached. Once our group has audited and is satisfied, exchange or discount will be started.
